USS Bergall

Although most of the guys attending would also be going on the cruise, there are some that
are unable but still want to get together... so we've decided to have a "mini" reunion
for all just prior to the Convention Cruise. (see cruise details below)

BERGALL FAMILY DINNER	We had a great Bergall Family Dinner during the reunion in Bremerton. When: Thursday 13 September 2007 at 1730 Where: Anthony's 0.48 miles from the Hampton Inn on 150 Washington St. (our reunion hotel).
DINNER MENU:	Anthony’s Sunset Dinners Each-course dinner includes an appetizer, your choice of chowder or salad, entrée, & dessert. APPETIZER Chilled Bay Shrimp Cocktail CHOWDER OR SALAD Anthony’s Clam Chowder, Classic Cesar or Blue Cheese Salad ENTREES ROASTED GARLIC PRAWNS, Butterflied, roasted with garlic butter, fresh lemon & sprinkled with gremolata. LINGCOD SOUR CREAM & DILL, Alaskan lingcod oven baked with sour cream red onions & fresh dill. BAY SHRIMP FETTUCCINE, fresh pasta, baby shrimp & mushrooms tossed with garlic herb sauce. WILLAPA BAY OYSTERS, golden pan fried local Pacific oysters. MARINATED FLANK STEAK, marinated, grilled & thinly sliced flank steak. PRAWNS & STEAK, coconut prawns with a petite top sirloin. ALDER PLANKED WILD SALMON, wild Alaskan silver salmon roasted on an alder plank with a smoked sweet red pepper beurre blanc. When fresh is not available due to weather or season, we offer premium frozen wild silver salmon from Seafood Producers Cooperative DESSERTS Burnt Cream or Bailey’s Irish Cream Mousse

Kitsap Room; Shipmates and family arrive Thursday 13 Sept. 1200 Board bus to NUM in front of Hampton Inn (folks may desire eating an early lunch) 1300 Tour of the Naval Undersea Museum (NUM) SSGN power point presentation by CDR Terry Takats, former CO, USS Michigan (SSGN-727), and SSN-667 shipmate, CMDCM(SS) Wayne Lassiter, COB, USS Michigan SSGN-727 (approximately 20 minutes) followed by, a "Behind the Scenes" tour of NUM, hosted by John Clear EMC (SS) USN Ret. 1730 Bergall Family “Sunset Dinner” at “Anthony's” Following dinner at Anthony's: "Reflections on early Bergall SSN-667" with our first CO, Capt. Billy F. Tally in the Kitsap Room Friday 14 Sept. 0830 Board bus to tour USS Ohio (SSGN-726) 1100 Bergall Association Annual Meeting 1800 or so: Pizza Night in the Kitsap room. Saturday 15 September Final Ashore Reunion morning. Bon Voyage to those sailing on the USSVI Alaska Cruise
